Sprint took away google Wallet today?

It says to do this but us sprint owners cant...

I guess I'm confused? Only thing I see is make sure to reset in wallets settings before wiping or flashing a new Rom because it will break the secure element. But that is so for even the official version. Let me read that post again

Ahh. I reset mine last night when I flashed a universal rom from the t-mobile section. Restored this morning and found out wallet was broken. I may have lucked out. Did you already set up your account on it before it went down?

Looking into if deleting it and installing a different version will break the secure element even if you aren't wiping or flashing anything

Sprint is probably doing this because of the launch of their own Google wallet equivalent service

This. Apple took the bitcoin wallets out of their app store for (probably)
the same reason.
