I got a code! I didn't think I would get one since I ordered my u11 a day after the promotion ended. If you are still waiting for your code, you will get one. On a side note, I received an email about my MEID being wrong and I had updated it through the email link. I then received an email saying my MEID was correct but a few days later i was worried about not getting my code so I actually went on the site and checked my profile (not through a link sent in the HTC mails) and noticed my MEID number was still wrong. I corrected it and a week later (today) I received my code. My suggestion is to go on to the website and double check your MEID even if you updated it through an email and received a confirmation email that your MEID is correct.

Also I am not a prime member but the option for free shipping (5 to 8 days) was available. So no shipping fee for me and it's due to arrive sometime between July 31 to August 4. Hope everyone gets their code soon. Thank you for all the help.

I'm glad you all got your stuff easy I don't get why I've been thru hell with them, after 2 weeks of back and forth with HTC support chat I had my brother tweet at them and I Dm as well and finally got the email with the codes....go to redeem, code invalid, go to Amazon support they say contact htc, got to HTC support they say contact Amazon, so then I call htc and then they call Amazon on three way, then proceeded to get into a heated debate on what the issue is... Now I'm waiting on a miracle email that supposed to be coming from HTC with another code... Worst promo EVER!!
