can u guys tri flat theme from playstore or azure theme from xda[see the link i gave]
Yes I installed d triflat theme from play store and it's working fine but the azure theme is not,the menu bar doesn't changes in it.

Thanks bro, the azure theme is working fine now, after pushing to system app and doing a reboot but I wanna know if there's a way that I won't have to reboot everytym after pushing any theme to system app?

Hey buddy did you tried pushing it too system app and setting the right permissons and then rebooting ur xperia because it worked for me.
