StabilityTest -> very bad results

Hello,

My friends Desire reboots at random moments (and usually gets stuck at HTC bootscreen when it happens).

I decided to download StabilityTest from the market. It doesn't take long for the app to cause the phone to reboot, usually around 2-3 minutes (sometimes longer).
I'm not sure what's causing this.

The phone is running stuck 2.2 android.

I think it might be a hardware problem, maybe something wrong with the RAM memory? (Because this reminds me of a similar problem I once had with my PC, when it used to crash at random moments...)

Here's a log from StabilityTest, can anyone translate this for me?

(the first errors 'ConnectivityService' are due to the fact that there's no SIM in the phone, but it also crashes if there is a SIM)

If it's stock then just send it in for repair. Sounds like it won't be fixable

I had a very similar problem. It was a defective SD card.

I already tried the test without SD card inserted, but get same result...
