I think one disadvantage of roms outside miui ecosystem is the camera (personal opinion miui cam app has better results)

Make sure your phone is rooted. Using root explorer navigate to /system/usr/keylayout open synaptics_dsx.kl using text editor.
Put hashtag before "key" like this
#key 139 APP_SWITCH VIRTUAL
#key 102 HOME VIRTUAL
#key 158 BACK VIRTUAL
key 143 WAKEUP

CAUTION!
Do not put hashtag before "key 143" that's the power button. If you put hashtag before it you can't use your power button.

The maximum charging amperage is set to the max value provided by Xiaomi. I will not increase it to avoid hardware damage.

Quick update: school started so I don't have much time to work on stuff, but I fixed the drm issues and I think I fixed the charger detection issue but I'm not sure about this.
Will post a build whenever I have time to sync.

It's not his ego.. If you post someone else's build , he can't do anything with bugreports, can't improve his own build from them. Also they will clutter this thread. If @AndropaX want to publish his builds here in xda he could do it anytime in his own thread.
