[STABLE][8.1.0] LineageOS 15.1 for libra/aqua

Great work on this rom. Very stable, not even a single reboot since 2 days ago. Kudos to the dev :good::good: Thank you so much for bringing our device alive, again @Cozzmy13 :victory:

However, I've noticed since I flashed this rom, my touchscreen is acting up again (edge area problem with multitouch)

Is this might be caused by the rom itself or probably because of fw8.5.1.0 zip patch?

Some info that might be related, before using this rom, I had made a clean,full fastboot-flash of miui 9.1.2.0 stable rom via MiFlash tool and directly after I flashed official LoS 14.1. Touchscreen are fine. Just before I flash this rom I actually flashed fw8.5.1.0 zip patch. Is it even related to the bug? Just wondering.

No, the touchscreen firmware is in the kernel, the firmware package isn't related.

i really satisfy this one. previously i used multirom and i has problem with screen. some times clicked anyway in one spot or pressed back key it self. i thing that problem come from edge control setting. even i dissabled it. but now after installing this rom screen work fine.
but the only my problem is mobile network and dual sim setting. i live in indonesia and i using double sim card. the problem is network selection mode cant force to LTE only. and when using dial *#*#4636#*#* it only done for 1st simcard only. cant find setting for sim 2. network stabil if manual selection mode. in automatic selection some times network got no signal. please fix it sir. and also camera. no manual mode and need about 10seconds to start. overal its very very good. please add equalized in setting.

Thanks for the answer. Is there any possibilities for maybe revert to the old firmware or modify the atmel_mxt_ts driver for fixing this bug ?

I didn't know that atmel was also affected so I don't think I extracted updated firmware for it. I'll download the latest MIUI and re-do it for all of them.

I didn't know that atmel was also affected so I don't think I extracted updated firmware for it. I'll download the latest MIUI and re-do it for all of them.

It definitely affected. I for once thought I had a synaptic's sensor but after probing the i2c device it indeed show me atmel sensor. Loaded module in /sys/bus/i2c/driver/ also confirmed it.

And thank you so much for looking up on this issue. Fyi, the bug affected atmel ts sensor is a bit different. Multitouch works but sometimes it registers extra touch point rather randomly on the screen and aren't limited to the edge area. I can reproduce this when I am playing games that require quick succession of multiple taps.

And 1 more thing, I tested latest AICP 12.1 nightly (2018 Jan 1) , the issue completely dissappeared. Hope it will help you to pinpoint the issue either with the driver module or the sensor firmware itself.

Sorry, I don't really work on ROM-side stuff, and especially not on anything Java-related, so it's not my area of interest. It will be done eventually, just not now.
