The fingerprint sensor seems to conflict with Smart Lock

I've signed up just recently for this appreciation post.
Got Mi4S, the lack of vibration is a bummer, but so far everything else is fine.
I actually had to re-flash the ROM several times until I managed to achieve stable (so far) operation of GApps, otherwise, the services kept crashing not allowing even normal first start-up. Here's the right order:
1) Factory wipe.
2) Flash ROM.
3) Flash Open GApps.
4) Wipe cache and Dalvik cache.
5) Reboot.
The clean install seems to be crucial for GApps. Any subsequent updates should be straightforward, I guess.
But then, in a couple of hours, I somehow managed to break the fingerprint sensor. After several hours of struggle, fiddling and rebooting, I was already going to re-flash again, when I stumbled upon some barely relevant suggestion to 1) disable the Smart Lock function by switching it off in Security > Trusted Agents, and then 2) reboot the phone. Voila, the fingerprint sensor is back online, working as smoothly as it used under MIUI 9. Hope, this helps.

Hi guys,

thanks for the ROM it's works very well.
Just 1 thing is it possible to get the possibility to have the alarm working even if the phone is switched off ?
By changing the kernel maybe ?

Thanks in advance

Hi guys, i don't know what you mean about long fix, but with my phone and waze, maybe after 2 or 3 seconds i get the fix, i can't remember when i tried with a cold fix how long it took to fix the gps at the first start but would have been quite fast because i didn't notice something strange.

Hi @Cozzmy13,

Have you managed to include both SHARP & AUO Display drivers in the latest build?
Will my device (Mi4c) work now? I had the other type of display touchscreen that didn't work with the current drivers some months ago and you said that it was because I had another display type.

Thanks

Im just wondering if this ROM is Vulcan supported?

Because it shows no Vulcan option on PPSSPP emulator and no vulkan support on Vulcancapsviewer app..

I use this rom as a daily driver still. Works superbly with no problems apart from non-working vibration.
It seems development has stopped, but i would really like a security update at least. Do i ask too much?

Thank you for awesome rom though.
