[STABLE][8.1.0] LineageOS 15.1 for libra/aqua

I have two Mi4c: one got the bootloader locked with that patch, the other didn't. I don't know why.
Luckily I had permission to unlock it, so it just took me a few seconds to solve it.

Could anyone provide functional links to the followings zips, especially libra_miui_fw_patch_MI4c_V9.5.1.0.NXKCNFA.

Hi,

Can someone comment on the following:

1) Is everything working in this ROM?
2) What is the latest release, is it lineage-15.1-20180810-UNOFFICIAL-libra?
3) What is the libra_miui_fw_patch_MI4c_V9.5.1.0.NXKCNFA patch people mention in the last comments? It is not in the install instructions on the first page.
4) How is battery time with this rom compared to stock MIUI?
