What I make of it is that Yalburgi is a person who has poor journalism skills and is not using the term "stable" the same way the the CyanogenMod devs use it.

CM for the 9500 is marginally functional, but it's nowhere near a Stable release, and in reality it may never be, given Samdung's track record with userspace drivers.
