Switching to May build (from a much earlier build) I got fairly unstable Bluetooth connection in my car. Is this known? (sorry, search ain't working as expected in an app)

Hello, right now im using LineageOS 16 from here https://xdaforums.com/t/lineageos-16-0-for-s7-build-30.3842465/
But few weeks latest build seems to unstable.
LineageOS 17.1 works on S7 not a worthy than a on 16 ?

I have a few question about the new linageos version 19.1
> Apps > Special Acces > Useage Data Access
By default all apps have useage access... This was not the case in previous versions
> Apps > Special Acces > Device Administrator
Is storage manager an active device administrator in lineage 19.1 yes or no?
The "show system" option is gone so there is no way to know if the app has access or not...
Under privacy settings what happened to the setting "start on boot"
In previous versions there was this option to deny individual app access, now it's gone...
What's going on here? This doesn't seem good at all...

Nothing major in this one as i am still working behind the scenes on that huge update i talked about previously which involves rewrite of almost whole graphics and media stack (This will mostly affect android versions 11 and above tho so i would recommand update to that)(its almost finished but i still have to do a bit more testing just to make sure there is no regression)
In other news android 13 should be released next month and since there were no major changes s7 should be running it soon after release with not too many issues and ill try to take a few days off from work to get it up and running on it once source is out
Once again huge thanks to everyone who supported this project, helped cover build server cost and got me coffee with donations.
This project wouldnt be alive without them as i do this in my free time as a hobby.

does any of the lineage builds have a working camera ? have tried this, 19.1 & 20, none of which have a working camera for some weird reason
it works on all of them, seems to be something related to your device if its not working for you as this is first time ive heard of this happening
stock had no issues, reinstalling magisk via twrp got my front camera working for a little while but installing lineageos then gapps then magisk b4 reboot usually means camera doesnt work
Must be on your end; just tried on fresh installed 20 and camera works (selfie works aswell) like Ivan said.

I just recently upgraded my old slow samsung galaxy s3 i9300 (which I had for 10 years with lineageos 16 about 5 years in) to the Modest Samsung S7 sm-g930f with the Lineage OS 17.1 with brand new battery installed and it pretty much like night and day in performance and longer battery life as well sliky smooth no lags or issues. Had trouble trying to flash the S7 through download mode but didn't know I had to do the buttons method on the phone for odin to successfully flash the rom. Took the third time to get it work and bam it when through without issue, I'm enjoying the custom rom so far no complaint since.

Take a note that a lot of LineageOS features have not been completed yet this is not a device bug and please do not report those
in this rom thread as you will be reported to moderator also do not post bug reports for known issues or bug reports without proper
a) Logcat
b) proc/last_kmsg (or proc/kmsg)
c) data/tombstones
d) dmesg
Also do not under any circumstances post bug reports if you are using substratum themes or unsupported magisk modules or you have performed any system modifications
Install gapps right after installing the rom itself dont try to boot to system before that

Last Updated 2020-12-1170So here is a progress update, Fingerprint issues have been completely patched, Mobicore and fingerprint implementation has been completely reworked which was a mess, In other news GPS has also been fixed which involved reworking whole RIL stack and im testing builkd with those fixes at the moment there are also a lot smaller fixes in this build i will post in changelog once new build is up in few days hopefully if everything goes alright
