It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will need to provide your own Google Applications package (gapps). CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
Q: What is Semi-CM ?
Ans : Semi CM Rom contains maximum features of Cyanogenmod 12.1 , But it is not build from CM Sources.

Items Reuqired :
- YU Yunique Device
- PC or Laptop for Rar Extraction { Zarhiver app will also work }
- Unlocked Bootloader { May work on locked too Not Sure }
- TWRP for Flashing the ROM { MUST HAVE } LINK
KEEP YOUR STOCK ROM BACKED UP INCASE YOU WANT TO REVERT
Installation :
- First Boot to TWRP and Go to Backup
- Backup Your Current ROM
- Extract .rar file
- Copy My CM Folder to TWRP > BACKUP > { Folder with Name Ex.ff6acgd } > My CM in Ext-Sd Card
- Boot to Recovery Select Restore
- Select My CM and Restore
- Wipe Cache and Dalvik Cache
- First Boot will Take 10min+ Keep Patience
Upgrading from Ver1.0 to Ver2.0 :
- First Boot to TWRP and Go to Backup
- Backup Your Current ROM
- Extract .zip file
- Copy SEMI-CM12.1 BUILD 2.0 to TWRP > BACKUP > { Folder with Name Ex.ff6acgd } > My CM in Ext-Sd Card
- Boot to Recovery Select Restore
- Select SEMI-CM12.1 BUILD 2.0 and Restore
- No Need to Wipe Anything Just Reboot
YOU MUST BACKUP YOUR ROM OR BOOT IN ORDER TO GET PROPER DESTINATION FOLDER TO PLACE My CM Folder
This ROM works only on YU Yunique YU4711 model, Please don't ask about other YU family devices
