Thank you, you know why the photo is not saved when the HDR is activated, it stays in processing HDR +, in the LGW2_MGC_6.1.021_MI8_V1d.

I didn't really use the widescreen version much but I installed it for the sake of testing. I get stuck on the same thing!

Same here but found a workaround. After connecting the cable, select MIDI mode & then select File Transfer again; this time it should be detected.

no, it didn't work on my variant ULM

At first, select mid mode, and then file tranfer. however, I decided to uninstall the drivers from the file manager, and then reconnected the cell phone and it was fixed for me.

First of thank you for the great work. Everything seems fine apart from one minor issue . I am only posting it to see if it happens to other people. Once the phone gets to low battery percentage like 3-5% the phone is like dead until I force restart it using power + volume down. Since the phone rarely gets that low its not a huge deal. Does anybody else get that ?

If you had stock android 9 before you flashed lineage 16 then I don't think but if coming from stock android 8.... I will flash stock first.

that means ur battery isnt calibrated right due charging it bad just never let itt drop under 20%

You LED works for email notifications? SMS, gmail, etc? It does not work on my end so please share whatever you did to get it working.

I have a Little problem with QuadDAC, i have to disable and reenable every time whenn umplug my headphones, QuadDAC turn of.

In LOS 16 also same problem, in V30 device same problem.

In LOS 16 i has been solved this isue flasing Ainur Sauron, but Ainur Sauron not work correctly in Q.

Any solution?

Question: I have this rom installed, and lost twrp. I do not have fastboot anymore, only download mode (but the phone isn't recognized by lgup). I however DO have ADB and can use shell with root permission, but I don't have root unless in adb shell. Is there a way I can get Magisk installed with adb shell su?

Do you know how to use QFIL?

Use qfil to install TWRP.img in boot_a or boot_b.

Reboot it'll boot into TWRP then

I can access everything from the adb shell and it appears that the partitions are essentially the same as the stock lg rom, with boot_a and boot_b located in /Dev /block /bootdevice /by-name, and I can grab the boot file with a dd command, but I don't understand how I could use qfil to modify the boot and replace the stock boot_a or boot_b with it

Yes for stock.

Qfil will basically flash the TWRP.img or even a magisk patched boot.img. if fastboot won't do it for you. You just meet to install Qfil. I'll share the link to the guide. All the files you need you can download from that.

It uses the prog_ufs_firehose_Sdm845_lge.elf file to do it. you can backup stock boot.imgs or any other partition you want it to. You can use it for LG g7.

To use it you need to put phone in EDL mode. The guide is for unlocking but you can use qfil for many other uses as I described.

All the files and program is there to download and use. Good luck if you try it out.
