Don't worry, 1% per night is not that bad. Did you have WIFI ON?10% drain last night for my mate 10. Definitely not right.

What is your phone model, brand and software version? After updating to the latest firmware I recommend that you do a factory reset and install all the apps manually (do not restore backups).Full charge last night. Turn-on ultra power save. Woke up with 85%..somethings definitely not right.
But did your battery start sleeping at 100% or at a lower percentage, for e.g. 80%? I find that during sleep when the battery is fully charged at 100%, after a night's sleep, the battery hardly changes. but i lose about 5% over 8 hours if the battery is not full. Wifi on, mobile network connected (not on airplane mode), location high accuracy, wifi scanning on, location history on. BLA-L29 8.0.0.118 (C636)Actually while sleep the battery almost stay the same
I never tried if the battery is not fully charged honestlyBut did your battery start sleeping at 100% or at a lower percentage, for e.g. 80%? I experience the same thing, I'm not sure is it because of the new update I seems to discover my phone are using more battery than usual. I then charged my phone to 100% and went to sleep with:10-15% drain during night (8 hours of sleep from 95% to 80% in the morning, something is not right!!
4% overnight is very good, assuming you sleep 8 hours, this accounts for 0.2%/h drain which is excellent. for example if you block whatsapp from the battery optimizations to not run in the background you will probably lose 0% overnight. whatsaspp is a pretty big drainer.Update: this night i lost only 4%i will give it some time ^^
No improvement after a restart, cache clearing and reboot of phone. Android messages still gulping juice. I've uninstalled it for now and trying to become friends with emuis message appToday l got a sudden drop in battery while the 10pro was lying around. In battery stats the messages app was on top even though I just used it briefly to respond to one text message. Anyone else seeing this? I've forced closed the app and cleared its cache. Let's see how it goes...
