Now it hit me too... Didn't have any problems... Around 0.8% and hour ...

I recently had to factory reset and now the phone stays active all the time and it drains 30% a night and I cant see which app is keeping at awake. I did noch Install any app that wasn't there before the reset and I keep them managed automatically. Only few exceptions

So weird

Hello,
I was bought my Mate 10 Pro 3 days ago via official store in my country,
but when I turn on Mobile data, with 20%, brigtness turn on screen, disabled Wi-Fi, GPS,Auto Rotate, AutoSync and NFC, my battery goes 15% or more in one hour
with any browser enabled(brave or chrome, not both- one of both disabled in background).

But when I play full HD video on Youtube with only enabled Wi-Fi with max brigtneess battery goes only 8-10 % per hour.

Too, when I turn on airplane mode, overnight battery taken 1-2% max.

Is that software problem?
Please test battery when you are on browser with 20% brigtneess for one hour without interrupt with only enabled mobile data
and compare with playing video on youtube for one hour on max brigtneess.

Please that Huawei consider and redirect this test to QA team.

I have firmware version 0.129(C432)/ BLA-L29 Model.

Thank you very much

Oh Yes. I have same problem like you, battery drained 30% at night with no data/wifi/gps running. I also restarted my phone to ensure no background apps are running. But it still taken 20-30% battery overnight.

Model: ALP-L29
Build: 8.0.0.131(C636)

Anyone please help.

If you haven't fully setup and customized everything on the phone yet, you can try a factory reset? I read a few posts here in some of the threads that suggested better battery life after factory reset.

Thanks,
I did factory reset, but I again have same problem with battery when mobile data turned on.

No use. I tried factory reset but it still the same.
Battery drained 30% every night with no data/wifi/gps turned on.
Checked the battery usage, all take by Hardware, especially for Phone Idle and Standby Mode.

I bought mine a week ago (at a big brand electronics store) and it started off strange with the battery being completely drained out of the box (poor battery; as far as I can tell via diagnostic apps, it cost me about 5-6% of its capacity). And then standby drain was easily 2-3% per hour with much activity being logged when the device should have been idle. Now I am down to 1-3% every few hours (depends on where I am and whether I am moving or not).

What I did (no clue, what of that did the trick):
- Put HiCare and HiHealth app in deactivated mode (automatic step counter gets disabled this way and I suspected it to be a candidate)
- disabled always on display (bummer, because I like it)
- uninstalled a news app that showed up regularly in screen-off-times in the time-overview of the inbuilt battery graph, although the overall drain was small

I still am permanently running wifi (usually connected), dual SIM cards (mobile data set to being not always active, but I never turn them off manually), GPS (with a family tracking app being active invisibly in the background), full sync. Also I am using Nova Launcher, which is not behaving perfectly in terms of doing nothing in idle times (last night it drew 11 mAh in one hour for no reason I can discern).
After my initial issues vanished, I am very pleased with battery life. I am getting used to just filling the battery up to about 80% in the evening, because I still will have around 30% at the end of a very long next day. Knowing I can go VERY long without having to skimp on usage with a topped of battery, is a great feeling!
Also being on only 30% feels way different than before. It still means significant uptime with no hurry to charge. Amazing.

dont know if you will believe me, but my battery didnt go down at all in 5hrs sleep. but then again i disabled or uninstalled few apps and services from system that i dont need
like health app, play music, tallback, weather app main+its widget and service(i use nova launcher so its no use for me), drive, duo, default email(i use gmail app), all facebook related stuff and helpers(for me its more convinient to just make facebook shortcut to desktop in chrome), google app(i hate that crap). my ui background is left white. network, gps and wifi and sync are on all the time.

Version B137 on C432 (BLA-L29) sucks.
Before, I had 0-1% drain, over night, now 4-5 %. Battery is going down quickly during usage very fast. :(

Hello, I ordered this phone to replace my Note 4 and while it's being shipped I started reading this forum. Some of the stand-by drains sound very bad. My note 4 can go 10 hours and only lose 0-1%. Have people tried apps like "forcedoze" to force the phone to properly sleep when not used?

Down to an average 0.6%/h with some authorization management.

So if it's at 100% with the fake sensor it still stay at 100%over night. But it's more like a real 1 to 2% for a 8h night.
It has a 93% of deep sleep when screen off. Good for me.

Just download the b137 in France. Hope battery won't goes quickly as you said ?
Edit : I confirmed what you said..
Battery drains faster in use...
Standby drain still good for me but when I use phone, battery drains quicker and faster..
I'm very angry ? now. Everything was good before.

I hope it will not update automatically then. If not for the "vibrate with ringtone" option missing and the photo quality, I don't see where it could improve.
