With latest MIUI launcher my battery drain is gone. With my moderate use, Ive got three days between charging. I think my problem is solved

Great news. 4 full days with MIUI version 11.1.2 and it looks like Xiaomi have finally fixed the stuck at 1ghz frequency issue
You are on xiaomi.eu ROM? Can you post your battery stat please?

Sorry, I didn't mean 4 days without needing to charge the phone. I meant 4 days without the 1ghz idle bug

The bug caused the CPU frequency on all cores to stay over 1ghz even when it's in your pocket doing nothing. The only fix was to reboot

I want to praise the battery of this device. Full 5 stars from me.
It seems like the issues above are fixed.
On WiFi I get around -0.5%/hr standby and -8-10%/hr screen on.
I traveled by train (full day traveling) yesterday. The results are below.
Mi Note 10
NL (10%) & DE (90%) 4G Networks (KPN/Telekom.de) - NO WiFi
Used for 16 hours - 3.15h screen on time - 50% left
AccuBattery: -11.5%/hr screen, -1.5/hr standby
MUCH better than any other phone I own and have owned.
It seems like the issues above are fixed.

I have 2 Xiaomi phones, Mi Note 10, and POCO X3 NFC, and i have to say battery optimization in POCO X3 NFC is wayyy better than in Mi Note 10, I wish they can optimize ROM like they did in POCO. I have almost same app, same usage, and use phone in smae way, but MiNote10 battery is going so fast in standby comparing to POCO standby.
Last hope is in custom ROM. If they fix the camera in custom LOS I will use LineageOS (i was using it for few days "alpha release" as "YouTube phone" as camera not working yet, and standby drain was a little
