Clone the whole source to a Folder (Eg: X folder) you like Then download the zip from https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Jmx-J1crkiw8_qCW4VXpCj3bF1L4riwj and extract everything in the zip in the folder X You are good to out. Open Command line at folder X and excute : . build/envsetup.sh then excute: lunch Then enter: lineage_rolex-userdebug Last step to start the building enter: brunch rolex

WTF, you using unofficial outdated sources without commit history? Who knows what you did with those sources...
