Starts only in fastboot mode

Hi, after restarting my phone, I was only able to boot into fastboot mode and had a bootloop when trying to boot it up normally. Then I tried to solve the problem by following a YT video with the title "Recovery of Oneplus phone from Fastboot mode" (unfortunately I can't post links) with no success. In fact it only made it worse. Now it only does the bootloop when plugged into the power outlet and nothing else. What can I do?
