Status bar, Sounds, etc

1.) Status bar: How do you clean it up? Why are the icons so big?

2.) I keep getting Force Closes with the maps app right when I click on "navigate". Anyone else get this?

3.) How do you change the navigation volume so the music doesn't block it out? They're always like the same volume.

I will answer what I can.

1) it's how HTC decided to make it.
It is VERY easy to change each and every one of those icons to whatever you want. You can change the clock text size smaller, Android, there really is no limited with what you can do.

2) no F/C here.. although I can't test again right now as it's out for S-OFFing

3) Sorry, no idea.
