Yes I noticed that, but why does one of the versions in this thread cause the battery % to dissapear? It's the 15.6 MB one.

Appreciate your work really, I really needed that feature... I'm surprised no one at Google thought about making it an option how many icons to show...
That would be a bug. You really shouldn't use 4 XL mods on the 5. Sometimes they might work, other times, not.

Edit: which 15.6 one? I just flashed it and it worked fine on mine. Probably the difference between the 4 xl and the 5.

Yours is completely different than the Pixel. I had to try something different and I have no idea if it will work. Flash in Magisk manager.
Tried, doesn't seem to work. I'm still getting 4 icons (maximum).

Why is this happening? I flashed the module correctly.

I also deleted the previous module zip (the one that didn't work) and then installed your customised zip, but no use.

Could you help out?

Could you help me out here?
In root explorer go to data/adb/modules/. Find my module continue to system/product/priv-app/SystemUI/SystemUI.apk and take a screenshot. Go to the same in your root system.....system/product/priv-app/SystemUI/SystemUI.apk and take a screenshot. See if the date of that SystemUI.apk is the same date as yesterday.

Edit:. Here is another one to try.
