I don't know why but when starting recording in landscape it record sound but not when starting the video recording in portrait

I think you can test this Magisk Module : Here

Direct Download : Here

You can see that only a xml file is used with custom settings. If Module don't work, just uninstall it. After that, it's easy to port the same tweak on the xml file from OP6

Hi! I just checked the Magisk module that you've linked above, and I see that you've completed replaced the system folder with the vendor folder (which is understandable because the vendor partition is now separate and is not present under /system as it was before). This change, however, was not needed and the older module would've worked fine. Following is a snippet from the official Magisk documentation:

If you want to replace files in /vendor, please place it under $MODPATH/system/vendor. Magisk will handle both cases, whether the vendor partition is separated or not under-the-hood, developers don't need to bother.

Alright I didn't check magisk version because I actually use "system" version (vendor version in this case), I just updated the scripts and that's all. Thanks for your help/investigation

For some reasons the magisk zip won't work. You gotta use the twrp zip for it to work.

I assume you mean xXx NoLimits ROM? Is so, then yes, it does.

It's work for me on latest beta 15.

+1 , no sound in video recording portrait mode.

No a huge deal for me, since there's a non-written law stating that its illegal to record in portrait
