This works great on OP5 8.1, except the good old call issue where I can't hear the caller's voice when picking up the call while media is playing. Isn't there a way to fix this :/

I am not trying to ask for ETA, just wondering if the project is dead or we can actually expect the version for Pie coming (without breaking the headphones audio).

I was excited for this mod when it released, but it's 90% placebo effect. You're not getting stereo, and the earpiece always has a lower volume than the normal speaker, so you barely notice it.
There is a reason no one is asking for this anymore, it was a cool experiment, but not worth maintaining it.

Make your own if you want by following my guide...
That's one way of being satisfied...
It's also a way of knowing the hustle (we MODders such as me, the OP and others) go through to make changes...
And understand what makes the MOD supportable and unsupportable...
And futurewise you'll be able to make the MOD for your new phone rather than waiting...

Thats rubbish it makes a hell of a diffrence and can produce a stereo effect, its a great mod and works well when used right.

I did say follow my guide... Didn't I...? ?
You'll know what to change and add to have the MOD working... Otherwise, it wouldn't be called a guide... ?

@a g bell I managed to find some time between my work, and I'm attaching a Magisk module to test. Could you test it for me? It should work on OxygenOS Pie for our device, hopefully! :fingers-crossed: I'm not running OxygenOS myself or else I would've tested myself. Credits to @Dante63 for the guide! :)
