I decreased the earpiece volume a little just to prevent the distortion at max volume, you can still listen the stereo effect but undistorted at max volume.
Also I have installed Viper4Android by guitardedhero and thanks to this the stereo mod works on every app that I tried (YouTube, Spotify, Deezer, Sony Music app, MX Player, Piktures built-in player...) I also added my profile (pretty clear audio) into the zip.
You can download this mods from here:

Edit:
I didn't noticed that the original mod broke the mics when try to record a video (at least on stock OOS 4.5.13)... So I reverted the mics mods to stock and just added the stereo mod with my decreased earpiece volume modification, this is the new link: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=962021903579489488
Please use the "Revert to stock" zip available on OP and then flash my zip

It would be nice if we could use something like this:

Main speaker= 25%
Ear speaker= 50%

Main speaker= 50%
Ear speaker= 75%

Main speaker= 75%
Ear speaker= 100%

Main speaker= 100%
Ear speaker= 100%

So they sound with the same volume. (Except at 70%~ and higher)
But I don't know If there is a way to implement something like that, to control volume separately.
This is the key to making this mod perfect. If someone is able to map the exact correlation between the percentages of the Main speaker and the Ear speaker, this mod would be complete. Right now it works fine, but the Main speaker completely obscures the Earpiece one in volume, making the listening experience unbalanced.

I understand the earpiece cannot go as loud as the main speaker, but at least for lower volumes, we could have a much better experience.

Great work guys, and keep it up!

Thanks, nice work, anyway can u make it a magisk module?

Last question/request: does it work on 4.5.14?
Will take a look, I don't have any experience on Magisk because I don't use it but can learn. Yup I'm on 4.5.14 and still working
Don't work for me, no changes with stock
Try using Viper4Android from here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=74363044
Works on every app that I tried, just flash it, load my profile (DorianX) turn it OFF and then ON

Just for curiosity I saw a stereo test video and noticed that the mod isn't a real stereo mod it just enable both speakers but still mono, "feels" like stereo but I think is because of the distance between the two speakers, anyway is better than only one speaker

no, both speaker won't play real stereo.

Tested with PowerAmp with the balance button. With headphones, left or right channel can be selected and only one earcup will play sound.

Same test was done with the phone's speakers, and both still playing no matter what channel is selected.

Earpiece is way to quiet to be full stereo, it will miss too much sound details anyway.
The phone speaker is not really "mono", it will play what is on both stereo channel.

I doubt about the stereo effect on phones, the speakers are not far enough from each other to get the real stereo effect.

Anyone having problems with people not hearing what you say on bluetooth calls after flashing this mod? I love this but there always seems to be issues with it.
I'm using BT only in my car, factory headunit audi, and the sound is perfect, no issue at all.

can't tell on other devices.
