That's not true, enable your apn setting - protocol to ipv4/ipv6 and run http://ipv6-test.com/it's working, if not it's your provider that does not support ipv6

The OP5 does support IPv6. I use it at home with Wifi and with mobile data.

I've tried that
I have another phone running CM 13, it can use ipv6 correctly. I copied its apn settings to op5 but nothing happened.
I can't even ping ::1

I found the issue.
I have three apn settings, one of them was copied from CM 13 and I was using for a long time.
I switched to default apn which provided by oos, then it worked o(*≧▽≦)ツ
