Hello,

I have a Moto G6 Play.
I have installed TWRP as a recovery but then the phone was stuck in a boot loop.

So I have restored "ALJETER_OPP27.91-87_cid50_subsidy-DEFAULT_regulatory-DEFAULT_CFC.xml.rar".
but now when I turn on the phone, there is the "bad key" message.

What can I do?

Before doing that, I have made a backup with this command :
adb backup -apk -shared -all -f backup.ab

Is it ok to restore this backup now?

Thanks per advance for your help
This is normal, nothing to worry about.
What is a link for this firmware? xt1922-9

Thank you
Check here. Just look in the folder for your carrier (update channel; ex: retail, retla, retbr, etc) and download the version of firmware your device was previously on. Don't try to flash the wrong firmware as it may have unintended side effects

Thank you very much for the guide.

I tried it with
XT1922-5_ALJETER_RETLA_8.0.0_OPP27.91-143_cid50_subsidy-DEFAULT_regulatory-XT1922-5_CFC.xml
Didn´t work. Booting got stuck with the "Bad Key" black screen.

Going through the output of the batch file, this is what I found a couple of error messages:

fastboot flash dsp dspso.bin
fastboot: error: cannot load 'dspso.bin': No such file or directory

fastboot flash boot boot.img
Sending 'boot' (16384 KB) OKAY [ 0.520s]
Writing 'boot' (bootloader) Image signed with key bad key
OKAY [ 0.693s]
Finished. Total time: 1.220s

Regarding the first issue, there is a file called "adspso.bin" as part of the stock rom (instead of dspso.bin).

Can somebody help me with to modify the batch file to make it work with the newer firmware
XT1922-5_ALJETER_RETLA_8.0.0_OPP27.91-143_cid50_subsidy-DEFAULT_regulatory-XT1922-5_CFC.xml
?

Thank you in advance!
