I've tried to get the link from the logs but it does not want to download, (blank page in firefox permission denied message in chromium....)
It does seem to be different from the links I've tried before

When i use your flash script will this perform a normal Update oder will it be a full reset?

If you have an unrooted phone and locked bootloader you can try to go to settings>system>system updates and see what happens.

it will perform a full reset. You can remove the line that says: fastboot erase userdata. But it may result in bootloop.

I believe you should also be able to upload it using Motorola smart assistant

I tried yesterday, it says "Phone not supported", even though it is listed.
Probably because of unlocked bootloader...

You can use the RETAIL roms there's no difference.

The LMSA wont recognize the phone if it's not on stock rom, e.g. when running custom roms.

I tried extracting your file for manual installation (on linux) but somehow the tiny rar wants to change to a 18 Mb file... Am I doing something wrong?

Edit: tried agian, now seems to be 10 Gb...
