Nevermind. Did a clean ftf install. Will now proceed to install dualrecovery again and root. I think the problem was i installed dual recovery after having it installed already. That made everything crazy I guess.
What rom version did you use before you installed this one? After updating, following the tutorial to the letter, my phone does not recognize the SIM card. I have already installed a new generic rom (through Flashtool), did a reset to factory default, but nothing worked. How have the functions of my SIM card back?
Thanks for the help already ...
this is already pre rooted .read the OP .. u have to switch off after u flash .230 and flash the stripped ftf .. if u are coming from previous rooted fw it should work too . 4.2 fw might require wipeto root .230, do I have to have the .101 version rooted?? Can I just flash .230 via recovery and later flash the stripped ftf via flashtool??
Great thanks. Still cant get into recovery mode even after clean install of FTF (.230/ not rooted) and installing dual recovery..... Very frustrating. Can you please advise (again/sorry) steps to go into recovery mode? Thanks a million.this is already pre rooted .read the OP .. u have to switch off after u flash .230 and flash the stripped ftf .. if u are coming from previous rooted fw it should work too . 4.2 fw might require wipe
If you flashed a stock FTF (clean one, without root), then the only way to get root is by unlocking the bootloader (which voids your warranty). By flashing a stock FTF you don't get [NUT]'s XZ Dual Recovery, nor root.Great thanks. Thanks, my problem is solved, it was hardware error (coincidentally at the time of installation of the rom). What rom version did you use before you installed this one?
Which rom version did you try the full rom flash on?
What is your exact model number?
Yes, same here! :crying:Does anyone else have the problem, that the time and date is wrong in TWRP? I can't get it to automatically set itself and judging by the name of my backups it worked on 4.3. I guess it could be Kernel related?
any rooted version with recovery installed, will go fine.WIll it work if i flash from this version 10.4.B.0.569 to 4.4 kitkat instead from the version stated above (10.4.1.B.0.101) , Because in the previous thread you don't have the 10.4.1.B.0.101 rooted file for c6502.. please help...
