Did you manage to install the app and does it have the macro lens feature?
I couldn't find the devices codename monet in the list of supported devices which is mentioned as a prerequisite by the following page:

Download latest ANXCamera, A Miui Camera Port for Xiaomi's Devices, Install via Magisk or TWRP

Yeah, I did. I used magisk to install it. Then most of the stuff worked.
Now I'm using EU 12-10 though. So no more arrow.
But as far as I remember, I used the Noid-release. Though, it looks different now.
But worst case, download and try them out. I got it to work.
