Have you tried flashing the oplusstanvbk from the Adandon throught fastboot yet..?. This may help you or have you tried Fastboot enchance yet..?

if the usa had full firmware, i would say yes, flash the full rom via fastbootd with fbe, but unfortunately the usa only have inrcemantal updates (kp whether boot.img and init_boot.img work from another region (on the op9p, for example, you can also flash boot.img from another region) because if something went wrong with the update because of root, then boot.img is usually affected (in the op11 init_boot.img)

All then you have no init_boot.img and no boot.from us a08 firmware

Any advice please.
My 1+ 11 stucked at bootloop. At first it boots system in flight mode after 6 secondes reboots. then I format data with forgetting all data. Now bootloop I just see logo then black screen then logo....
Anyway to get in fastboot mode or QL mode with buttons?

Edl mode is power off and than press voll- and voll+ and putnin the USB the op will boot to edl (no free msm tool here)
And boot with key to.fastboot habe for me never worked on op11

verification failed on CPH2449 model. tried installing incremental update downloaded via oxygen updater app, got the same result. I guess I should wait for a new update notification from the system updater app... it's quiet so far.
