Why does the UK Vodafone torrent have two sizes? I just downloaded 813 MB, and now I am seeing 775 MB. ???

You can flash it. No problem. But iam not sure about TA.better restore your TA back up on 4.1.2 and relock bootloader then flash this just to be safe.
