After unboxing my Xperia T today, the first thing i did was to grab the firmware running on it.
It's T-Mobile (Germany) branded 7.0.A.1.303.

but as it happens with newcomers to Xperia... it's FTF (flashtool file) and not TFT (thin film transistor) ha ha ha
