Stock internet browser crashes when using "find on page"

So when i open a thread on XDA and select "find on page" from the menu and try to enter 2-3 letters into find field it simply crashes.

I get exactly the same thing on a Sammy based ROM on my Galaxy S II. Which is extremely unfortunate because I use that function so much. I suppose I could always replace the browser with the AOSP one. You could use another browser instead. How can Samsung get such a simple function wrong?

EDIT: Apparently Jkay framework for the gs2 is causing this. This doesn't apply to the gs3 though =/

No crashes here, find on page in stock browser works fine for me, on XXLAF2 rooted.
