Okay I did this I got a pass but now the phone boots to the black screen with SAMSUNG in white on the screen and then the blue swirly thing then the white and yellow sprint logo and then back to the black screen with SAMSUNG in white and that's it. Either that or download mode.

Boot to stock recovery and wipe cache and factory data reset.

not too sure what you are telling me to do. could you baybe hive me some instructions on what files & assume you mean to do this in Odin? I was rooted in a 4.1.2 stock rom MK Rom I understand you have to go back to that ver. to get that to work. I'm about ready to use this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2369125&page=1 If someone can't tell me something that will actually work. I've tried bootloader in Odin . I've tried .tar file in In Kies and still can't get the phone to boot past eh samsung screen or to download mode.

Just power off, then boot to recovery (hold power+home+volume up) then using volume keys go down to "wipe cache" and tap power to select it. Then using volume keys go down to factory reset and tap power. Then try to boot up phone.

Can someone help me out.. I rooted my phone using the cf auto root by chain fire which went well but I tried flashing a new radio and now I get no signal and in android system info it says baseband unknown so I've tried restoring to stock and Odin reads my device but fails and nothing else will get my signal back...I can flash custom ROMs no issue but no signal and can't return to stock...restoring nand didn't help the signal issue either

You didn't need CF autoroot, just odin and a .tar of twrp. And don't go flashing radios, as you found.
But as for the failure, it may be as easy as a different cable or port. Also make sure you have the Samsung drivers installed. Make sure you have the correct .tar. Either nd8 or nj2.
If using the file in this thread, make sure you unzip the file into the Odin folder on your computer, don't try to flash the whole zip.
