So I just traded for a used HTC U11. The bootloader status says Locked, and the software status is "official".

I ran the latest RUU file to restore stock just in case though...

My question is--with running the RUU (straight from the exe) and the fact that the bootloader says locked/official--I shouldn't have any concerns over device modification by the previous owner at this point, should I?

if previous owner would have unlocked bootloader then locked, the status would say "relocked", so it's safe to say it probably wasn't modified....not a bad idea to RUU anyways
