Yes its in the ROM but it doesn't work thanks to sprint. If you want a version without it let me know.

Deodex.
I did a little research on how it works on ARM but when I searched the ROM, I couldn't find one odex file, so I would assume its deodexed but if I'm wrong please correct me.

not yet but some of the mods from the gsm modpack for the m7 work, might try there.

I am coming from latest VIPER with the ElementalX Kernel and once I installed this ROM the phone doesn't boot into the system, just recover.

I've been looking for a stock ROM and want to give this a whirl, but I wouldn't mind another link as well. I have not been able to download this at all...it always fails.

Elementalx is not for lollipop yet, if you flashed that on top of the rom that is what's hanging u up

I didn't, I first flashed just the ROM and the phone would just keep hanging at the HTC screen and restart into recovery. Suggestions?

P.S.

Is looks like there is an Elemental for lollipop http://elementalx.org/devices/htc-one-m7/. I tried that on top of this ROM but it didn't help either. I am not really hung up on Elemental, it's just the kernel that worked for me in the past. At this point I just want this ROM to work.

No I didn't. That might be the issue. Can you point me to the latest firmware?

Mega isn't bad, I think. I use the app, they function pretty well. It's free storage and a file server, can't complain. Good choice.
