Hi. Sorry for the noob question but am I able to install this ROM on my Chinese build Atrix? If so, will it install Android Market (which is removed from Chinese Android phones) and also replace all the Chinese language stuff on my phone (maps, Navi etc) with English versions?

Also - when I try to access fastboot on my Atrix using the volume down technique, it doesn't boot; just tells me it's startinf fastboot etc and goes no further.

Thanks for any help.

Please put in 1st post saying that THIS IS A ATT AND NOT AN INTERNATIONAL VERSION!

I accidentally updated my singapore's international version to this version T_T

Now does my phone considered the ATT version or what?

Edit:

Btw my ram's showing 372mb. Is that an issue?

Hi ken,

With this rom. Have you removed blur and bloatware?

Thanks,

Warning
Don't worry, they won't give you a brickable device like the over-the-air zip.
Description
I've uploaded the stock images for those who want to check out 4.5.91 without trying a custom ROM or creating a brickable device.

You'll still need an unlocked bootloader to flash these images, but they should provide you with a clean version of 4.5.91 that works perfectly.
Download
Click to Download
(under "Gingerbread stock images" label)
(ignore directions above the download)
Instructions

  1. Download moto-fastboot for your operating system
  2. Turn your device off
  3. Boot into "Fastboot mode" by holding down the bottom volume button while pressing power.
  4. Use the following commands to flash the images:
    • moto-fastboot flash boot boot.img
    • moto-fastboot flash system system.img
  5. Use the following commands to wipe data and reboot:
    • moto-fastboot -w
    • moto-fastboot reboot

I have 4.5.91 w/ 2.3.4. My question is does this update include the 1.83 baseband version (I am currently running 1.77).

Probably a really dumb question, but I am new to android (phone is unlocked/rooted, but still has stock rom)

To anyone who can help:
I followed the first post exactly. Everything went flawless until I rebooted my phone using the moto-fastboot.
Now I'm stuck on the moto logo with text saying
Failed to boot 4
Starting RSD

I cannot boot in anything at all by holding the volume button down but when I plug in the phone to my computer it is recognized by rsd lite. I am running 5.1v of that. I would like to flash a Stock image but I want better input before I mess up my phone anymore.

The reason I flashed in the first place was because I think I followed a bs instruction to unlock my wifi hotspot and it caused my hotspot and settings to be in accessable and say "this item is not installed." I had my phone rooted and honeyglow 4.1 installed so I tried to re-flash gingerbread using tenfars cwm. When this didnt fix my problem I did a factory reset using cwm since my settings were in accessable. Which lead me to this thread and now my post.

Right now I am downloading the 4.5.91 img found here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1125944

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

So... Is this the file I need to go back to "stock" from CM7?

I didn't backup correctly and don't have a image to go back to. I'm a little confused on which is the correct image to flash.
