Multiple issues after flashing kernel

Hello kingvortex

I have a phone with AOSPA BETA5 ROM installed and I'm trying to revert to STOCK KK after restoring DRM keys. I tried flashing the stock kernel from this stock .ftf and now my phone has a bunch of issues:
  1. Internal memory doesn't show up in the file browser and also in Windows when phone's connected to a PC (only the SD card shows up)
  2. Phone doesn't connect in USB debugging mode and is undetectable by both Flashtool and Sony's Update Service, so cannot repair or flash any stock ROM/kernel anymore via this
  3. Phone screen backlight doesn't go off when phone is in sleep
  4. Phone no longer can boot into recovery, so cannot flash any ROM/kernel from SD card

So far I've only been able to boot the phone into fastboot mode where but I'm not sure what to do with the Flashtool once in.

I also received the following error in Flashtool when trying to flash the whole FTF: "too many length or distance symbols"

Could you please help?

Thanks a million!

I recently had my phone stuck in a bootloop and accidentally flashed a french stock rom (.283) instead of an english one :( does anyone have an English one please? (4.4.4) also just for anyone who doesn't know. it doesn't cause any problems for your phone, just gives a weird boot up animation :p
