It's not necessary, just boot in flash mode. Then you can reset data when flashing new rom

What should I do to flash it ? I have no acces to debugging.

If you have already installed drivers then try unchecking final verification and try again. I had an issue with loader.sin with my E1, had to clic flash twice, then it worked. In that case it was a rom I downloaded with xperifirm and packed myself with flashtool

Hi, i have an Xperia Z C6603 and i live in Mauritius. My phone is not on contract. Which version should i download? I am lost.

I think the DE_Customized linked on the first page is a branded Variant? Probably T-Mobile?

Customized DE is Generic DE. It's just named that way by XperiFirm and Flashtool as technically it's customised for Germany with preinstalled apps.

Would there be an issue if i flash the C6603 Indian firmware on the C6602 Xperia Z model ?

I'm now using Linux on my computer and wanted to update via Flashtool like I tried before during last year. I don't see a Linux version of Xperifirm. The 4.4.4 update hasn't reached stateside for the C6606 model and I wanted to grab one that is compatible with my phone. I flashed one a long time ago but reverted back to 4.2.1 stock because they were finally pushing out a 4.3 update on my carrier. I forgot which one it was lol I'm still on 4.3 now.

Also, in 4.4.4 did they fix the random rotating the screen does? That annoys the hell out of me on 4.3. I could be looking at YouTube in landscape and it'll randomly flip upside down and then back to normal. I didn't have this issue in the previous version.
