As i remember first .307 .ftf "release" have one "bad"(old) .sin file inside. Sorry, but i don't remember it's name. :)
This one is correct? I mean it have all latest .sin files from .307?

Yes, this one is correct. It contains all original .sin files from the Sony Update Service files. Only simlock.ta was excluded.

I put it now, but I don't see visible improvements. I am waiting to see the battery how will be, because Google location services is eating badly.
Root and nuke google location services i did it on my .434 and is not eating any more battery... GPS still works, Generally i removed 457MB from my original ROM that almost half

Not necessary to root for that. You can just disable Google location services in your settings. By doing so, you no longer get location data based on cellular and Wi-Fi networks (A-GPS/Assisted GPS), only from GPS-satellites, which takes longer to get a position fix and usually doesn't work inside buildings.
