Do you have the C6603 (LTE) model? The model number is printed at the bottom of the phone. All C6603 models are identical, so you can use whatever C6603 firmware you like (without compatibility issues). The only difference between the customizations is the included apps (see 'Pre-installed apps' in the description and check if there are any differences with your current firmware) and some small details like NFC icon, LTE/4G icon, etc. The Xperia Z is a world phone, so it will work on all mobile networks, no matter the firmware customization.Hi, im from malaysia and my xz is unrooted. Still no update yet in here so i think i will flash this instead. But my concern is, is it fine to flash other country firmware on my XZ? will i lose anything or experiences incompabality issues? Forgive my lacking of knowledge as i have not done this before.

Yes, but be sure to untick the 'DATA' and 'CACHE' boxes in Flashtool, otherwise it will be wiped (see tutorial).Yes, mine is the c6603 LTE model . Noted, thanks a lot Sir! :victory:Yes, but be sure to untick the 'DATA' and 'CACHE' boxes in Flashtool, otherwise it will be wiped (see tutorial).
Yes, but I wouldn't recommend it. You better use this one:can this be installed on c6602 xperia z?
my signal issue is still present with the Vodafone Rom. strange. in 8 hours on stamina mode with all data connections on the signal consumes 3% according to gsam and the strength is medium so I dint know what's going on here.Using this BE stock 307 since the day it was out. Great rom, not a single problem with it. Camera is loading faster, wifi is working great and 3g signal is far more less battery consuming. And battery overall is (probably) 10% better.

Unlocking your bootloader is only required if you want to flash a custom ROM (= unofficial software), will void your warranty and will erase the DRM keys that are required for Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2, Music ID/Gracenote, etc (so those functions will not work anymore).is there a way to unlock a locked bootloader i have downloaded this Firmware from your post and installed it many thinks for posting it ..
but when i check in the service menu it says(bootloader unlock allowed: No) and one last question what is the diffidence between branded and unbranded ?
Strange. One night l left it on 3g data and in the morning it was only 1% consumed overnight. When l turn of data, 0% in 5 hours is consumed.my signal issue is still present with the Vodafone Rom. strange. in 8 hours on stamina mode with all data connections on the signal consumes 3% according to gsam and the strength is medium so I dint know what's going on here.
