I saw many thread saying it is possible and in reply there are also some "having problems"!!!

It is not recommended to cross flash C6603 firmware to a C6602 phone, as you would no longer receive any OTA updates from Sony (not even app updates through the Sony Update Center), nor will you be able to update or repair your phone with Sony PC Companion, Sony Update Service or Sony Bridge for Mac, because the Type Allocation Code (TAC) of your phone doesn't match. It's better to use a C6602 firmware.

so if i flash this update and later flash the C6602 firmware... will it solve the OTA updates and other problems?

Edit: Now i've unlocked BL and using PAC-Man ROM 4.3.1 so sony updates are not really important!

Yes, that's correct, but the only way to return to C6602 firmware is by flashing a C6602 FTF.
