Yes, it does. If you are talking about language. If you're talking about your LTE region, I can say that it has the same network (AMERICAS-LTE), so it'll work for you! Go ahead, try your LTE and report to me. When an carrier as Telcel/Movistar MX releases a firmware I'll try to post on xda too.
