Hello,

i just found two new ROM's of GT-P5100

GT-P5100 DBTGermany P5100XXBLH2 4.0.4 07.08.2012

GT-P5100 DBTGermany P5100XXBLH4 4.0.4 24.08.2012

Download @ http://www.sammobile.com/firmware/ and http://samsung-updates.com/device/?id=GT-P5100#

I still could not test everything, but looks good, new Lockscreen, new keyboard...

So, what do you think of the new firmware overall?? Anything interesting besides the points mentioned in the post. Also, can you please post a screenshot of the new keyboard? I hope they did not remove the static numeric keyboard from the top. I found that very convenient.
Were you able to root it yet??

You change the keyboard layout. I love the floating keyboard. Use few finger to move the keyboard around the screen. Later I try to post a screen shot. Static numeric still on top.

so, back again...

first: i didn't change Keyboard Layout, hehe. (my name is because my first Android-Device was a Samsung Galaxy S+)

thanks Alvin for posting Keyboard-Pic :)
I also don't want to miss the Numbers at Top, still there !

I'm just try to build a "Custom-ROM" of that really good Stock-ROM. (running smooth and fast)
I will only remove some "needless" -Hubs, like Music-Hub, Game Hub, ... just take a look at Pic's Home/Apps

Oh, btw. I'm looking for a free Upload-Space ;)

thanks sg+

I'm not sure if your language is included, just take a look at the pics.

You can select Systemlanguage or two or more other languages, then Swipe between...
