1. U meam to say after flashing NC5 and rebooting to normal mode

If auto-reboot is checked in Odin3 it will reboot to recovery once on its own after the flash, you can watch and it will happen.

If you forget to check auto-reboot just power phone completely off after the flash and power up once with vol+home+power. You will see android guy and a progress bar, or similar for a few seconds then it will reboot to system software. Your menu items will be present now.

volume up or down, for recover i guess volume up+home+power..right?
so it might bootloop going from NH7 to NC5 but won't brick, that's a relief !!!

If you have updated your bootloader to any Nxx build you cannot go back to MJ4. Try NAB, NC5, or NK4 these can all be interchanged with nothing more needed than factory reset(only needed if downgrading)

I downloaded the .Tar file
Opened odin > ran the file > said success > factory restored phone >

Now no data. any ideas?

I can get data if i drop down to a CDMA network but not the LTE/CDMA

Tried it. It runs through the activation and ive still got nothing unless i drop to cdma. Cdma/lte gives no data
