maybe no one have the ruu for softbank and au variant..
you should try to change cid and then flash the right ruu for your new cid (required unlock bootloader)

I ended up obtaining a full backup off an unaffected U11 from SoftBank and using twrp on affected device to restore the backup. Success. Thread is solved.

Hi, I have this HTC U11 factory unlocked but actually briked, so I need to find out the apropiate .zip/RUU file.
It says that the phone is a htc_ocnwhl
Would you guys please tell me wich RUU or ZIP would be suitable for my phone?
