Thanks, but that's not the animation that was replaced.

T-Mobile UK animation shows up (with sound) after the white LG logo and before this "Android" animation.

There is also a similar animation (with no sound) when you power off the phone.
For startup animation you need to unpack boot.img and change *.rle in bootimages folder.

I wanted to make the ROM even smaller, but for that I would have to remove parts that are important for certain users (and break the main goal of this ROM that is to provide a stock experience but cleaner).

So I made some parts available to download as optional. If you don't use them, fine. If you use them, just flash them back and you are ready to go.

You are supposed to install it using the 'restore' option in recovery (it's basically a backup). Extract the content of the .7z file to your sdcard, enter the recovery and 'restore' it.

Regarding a newer version, I haven't seen any, so I don't know if threre's much I could improve.

Perhaps I could provide another flashable ZIP containing the latest Google Play Store, so it's installed on /system partition through recovery. Besides that, would you suggest another app to come installed on /system partition?

1. I know what insides in ur .7z and how to use it. I already restored successully. But i believe that most people prefer to use flashable .zip b/c it's more popular and easy to edit the content (extract | modify | recompress).

2. Preinstallation apps that i always put in /system: GPlay, QuickReboot, Superuser, Link2SD.

Cheer ^^
