Im also waiting. I have contacted customer service and they said dunno when is going to put on their website. Else some one on the forum posted the full zip from the ota update

If you all are rooted, go check this thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-5/help/oxygenos-4-5-1-backup-t3626167
It is a TWRP backup of 4.5.1. And after restoring please format your data as there will be issues if not done so.
