xxlsc fails during flash.after factory fs complete on cache progress fails
Are you try to flash any different stock rom?
I think your internal sd isn't all right...
Ive tried several times to flash lsc had been on stock lsa flashed lsa with bootloaders then flashed lsc failed at cache each time

Ty using a newer odin version. Mine failed on the usual 1.83 version I used. Used the newest version and all went fine.
Dame for me.flash always failed even with Odin 3 provided on sammobile.

which of stock firmware you have flash good?
are you try flash stock xxlsa from sammobile.com?
Before flashing the rom you provided right here , I'm already flashed stock LSA from sammobile . 
other stock roms are ok.
lsc fails on cache each time.i use 1.87 odin.

Today I see it, though some of my friends flash it normal ...
I upload it after flash and dowloads system...
I tried the lsa including bootloaders from this post then lsc ive also tried lsa from sammobile still fails as soon as it gets to cache now im not the only one with this issue but i did exactly what post said first wipe rom with bootloaders then no wipe still nana

If you wish To load LSA and LSC which all was well, it is necessary To load by pure phone.
On 4.0.4 kernels Philz, there make all dumps and formats.

OK, try this:
wipe cache partition
rename rom xxlsc - delete .md5
open rom via total commander, and delete cache.img
after this insert into odin pda and flash...
OK guys, I had make new repair version of XXLSC
It's must 100% flash good.
I include into the rom new version of bootloader - now this may be flash over 2.3.6 and et cetera
