Yes. Flash Philz kernel for lsa or lsc from stock recovery. It will root your phone. Or you can use exynos abuse app.

After tested many XXLSC custom deodexed, I moved to the rooted odex pure stock and according to me it is much smoother than others and also battery drain is better. Only thing I'm missing is the multi window with all APP available. Anyone knows if some hack exists for this on odex version?...

my friend has the Note N7000 and she is using it on T-Mobile USA. She is running on 2.3.6 but she is not getting any OTA. So I was thinking to flash the Trinidad & Tobacco latest JB ROM. Does it affect the radio or anything in the phone or the phone will continue to function normally?

I do not have N7000 now, but I think the best Rom is Hong Kong with modem from GT- I9220 ( modem I9220 can flash through CWM or MobileOdin Pro..)

I rooted my Note with PhilZ Kernel today and I want to update to 4.1.2 now. Is it safe to flash this (I am from Austria btw):
N7000XXLSZ_N7000XXLSO_N7000OXALSZ_DBT_NO-WIPE Multi CSC: DBT-GERMANY, BTU-UNITED KINGDOM, ITV-ITALY, KOR-KOREA, XEF-FRANCE, XEO-POLAND
Does it have a safe kernel? Or doesn't it matter because I want CWM so I just reflash the PhilZ Kernel afterwards?

These firmware with kernel & recovery completely stock .. After, you should reflash kernel with CWM.

deodex works, but after the reset there are FC ..This problem is related to the apk found in hidden.img .. I can fix but this will no longer be stock and can not longer flash deodexed over odex without full wipe..
However, you can still flash deodexed version using CWM by thread ThaiDai, ore use dsixda's Android Kitchen to create yor rom for CWM in 10 minutes
