Hello Friends,

Presenting the Stock ICS - Xperia 2011 Home Launcher from Xperia Pro modded by me with 5x4 app tray and some modification in desktop.

Updated Home.apk added with 25% transparent app drawer background with no back-plate visible.

Stock Home Launcher Version: 3.1.A.0.14

Instructions:
1. First install any third party launcher (line holo, go etc...) and switch to that.
2. Now go to Root Explorer.
3. Place the Home.apk in \system\app and overwrite the existing home.apk with correct permissions rw-r--r--
4. Now go to settings - Application - All, find Xperia Home and give it FORCE STOP and CLEAR DATA.
5. Now switch back to Xperia Home
6. Done and Enjoy..............

One More Suggesion

Also one more suggestion Bro.that will make much perfect this launcher if u dont mind. i just tested this Home.apk so got one more thing to need sort out that appdrawer app label pixel resolution should be 12pi coz current pixel resolution is i guess 13pi so some app label goes out of screen mean out of drawer. i attached with red mark point out image below so u can understand easily :p
i also attached in this thread 12pi app drawer label with i wrote on it this is 12pi lable appdrawer so when u make ur Home.apk 12pi it should look like i attached below :D

Thanks May be im not confused You :p

Suggestion Iamge

12pi label Image
