I was going to just change default governors etc. but I played some Asphalt and realised how much my phone was heating up, so I implemented Intellithermal V2, I'll upload it within a few minutes.

Here it is

Well, Asphalt Nitro isn't smooth as it never was, but at least phone is cool now, so I'm happy :)

If you're already running this kernel then just flash over, shouldn't cause any issues.

But if you wanna be safe, then backup in TWRP and flash zip from 1st post afterwards, it won't hurt, but if you're already running my kernel, then u can just flash it, not much will change.

Yea I was figuring out intellithermal as apparently I had to include also v1, not just v2 and a friend was waiting all that time for me to play csgo nagging me how long how long so I accidentally messed up and forgot about one obvious file. I always test my kernel for long time before release, but I didn't this time. You can even see on my git how messy I was when doing it. xD

OK-Kernel V8

I've done tons of stuff just now and I was supposed just to add a folder to a ramdisk to fix TWRP, oh well.

You can see all the changes here here
Not all of them might be safe, so I won't update first post just yet, let's do a small beta test first.

To everybody testing out the V8 please pay attention to:
-Wifi
-Idle temparature of phone
-Phone behaviour under heavy load such as gaming
-Microphone in call and while recording videos - it might be stereo now, might be broken
-Charging speed and temparature

It should be perfect, phone should run cooler, faster and snappier than before, but I'm too tired to test it out and TWRP fix is pretty important, so there you go.

OK Kernel V8.2

So I've came across a few issues such as random reboots, crashes, hangs. All of those should be gone now, on top of that camera should work much better, less buggy and faster.
With this release the worst issues such as freezes while waking up the phone or turning on the camera should be gone. Some of those even go as far as doing better what sony did with camera. This release is mostly bufixing, but with less bugs there's faster phone and better battery. :)
sdcards should also work better, if you're using sandisk sdcard and had any issues, there will be none with this kernel, hopefully.

If anybody will get a random reboot or crash then please get me last_kmsg
https://github.com/M66B/cm-xtended/wiki/How-to-get-logs
You can always just open file manager, go to /proc/ and copy last_kmsg from there anywhere else and upload it for me. I'll make sure to fix the issue.

What to keep an eye on:
idle temps
wifi
sdcard performance/reliability
camera - all of it
Gaming performance/temparature
random reboots

This version isn't rock stable, it's quite experimental, but I decided not to just test it myself, but give it out to all of you to test it. :)
All in all, I expect it to be the best, most stable and perfect version yet, but i can't guarantee. Don't worry tho, I never do something that can damage your device, but it's always on your own risk.

@olokos i want to install this image with twrp from V6, but i need to select which partition i want this installed on. Do i need to choose boot partition or Recovery partition?
Boot partition, always, don't even bother about recovery partition. This kernel incorporates recovery inside kernel's ramdisk so it's not really used.
I haven't noticed your post before, sorry.

Wow..wow :D i just tried v7 now awakens a v8, even though not seeing any important of problem on V7 which good temperatur, no reboots random, overall stable usage as i feel.. Ok now i'll go for v8, thanks :)
Go for V8.2! That's the point of my kernel, making something which is good, even better, not showing off with flashy features. It seems that there's still some quirks with sdcard that nobody notices, but it bothers me in dmesg and I'm trying to figure that out now. Phone should run cool as a cucumber now anyway. :D It seems that this weird sdcard issue is preventing phone from entering L2 low power state on idle, which would make Z1 use almost 0 energy when screen is off and idle for some time.
